"In Control” actively engages students in learning about the physical, spiritual, and emotional benefits of choosing a chaste lifestyle. Encouraging the virtue of self-control, the program seeks to provide them with the knowledge, desire, and strength to practice God's plan for our sexuality. “In Control” emphasizes self-respect, and respect for all human life, born and unborn.

Our Services:

• 3-5 day programs for 6th - 12th grade.
• Volunteer and service opportunities.
• Theology of the Body for Teens Summer Program.
• Parent presentations.

All of our services are offered free of cost.

What is Chastity?

• Saving all sexual activity until marriage.
• Staying faithful to one's spouse.
• Priests take a vow of celibacy.
• Dressing modestly.
• Respect for yourself and others.
• Purity of thoughts, words, and actions.
